Heng, Leong & Srinivasan was founded on 1 April 2001 by three good friends - Ms. Michelle Leong Hwei Lin, Ms. Valerie Heng Ai Hsuan and Mr. Srinivasan V.N. Subsequently another close friend, Ms. Amy Cheah Chew Mun joined the firm as a partner on 1 January 2004.
